MSc thesis in Cloud Computing 1 Year, 1 Month ago
Dear Professors,

I am influenced from the work of BREIN.

Currently I am studying in MS in Information Systems in Seoul, South Korea under Government scholarship (IITA). I am in the Distributed Information Systems Lab. I have programming skills as well as I have knowledge on Meta-modeling, distributed Systems, Algorithms and Analysis etc. I am highly interested to do research in Cloud/Grid Computing.I want to extend my research on Cloud/Grid computing to PhD and ahead.

Could you suggest me the probable research area on Cloud/Grid computing for Master's thesis? and some good resources on Cloud Computing so that I can start good research and continue my research in future.Your suggestion will be highly informative for me.

Thank you in advance for your kind co-operation.

Regards,

Bhaskar

Hello Bhaskar,

Thank you for your interest in our project. As a first starting point I would recommend you to check the deliverable named Final State of the Art, which includes an extended review of the relevant topics of the areas that we are working on. Hopefully it will give you some ideas for your research. You can find it in the Downloads/Deliverables section of the menu on the left.

Regards,
Anna

Don't you know that cloud and utility computing are different from each other? It is so massive that it affects not only business models, but the underlying architecture of how we develop, deploy, run and deliver applications. This shift has given a new relevance to ideas such as cloud computing and utility computing.
